After getting frustrated with Gateway customer (booo) service, I resorted to seeking help from the ‘local guys’ at Microcenter Cambridge. The young customer (kick-ass) service associate was super-helpful and EXCHANGED the dead-after-90-days Gateway monitor with a monitor of my choice (rejoyce!). I went on and picked a HP w2207h, only paid the $30 difference with the old Gateway piece of crap. This time I also got the $60 Microcenter Peripheral Protection Plan. Go Local!
